As a compassionate and dedicated mental health counsellor, I am committed to supporting individuals
through life’s challenges by providing a judgement free space to work towards your goals. I use an
integrated and client-centered approach, and tailor techniques and skills from numerous modalities to
suit your needs. I believe that supporting clients is most effective through building trust and a strong
relationship, and I take care to listen and learn from you. I use curiousity and acceptance to welcome
each client’s unique background into the counselling relationship, and am culturally sensitive. I aim to
empower individuals to better understand themselves, develop skills and techniques to cope with
challenges, and ultimately lead more fulfilling lives.

Flexible Options
I understand that counselling and therapy can be an uncomfortable situation for some. We are asked to
be vulnerable and that can be difficult. I am pleased to offer some alternatives to meeting in an office or
online. If the office setting, or online appointments do not suit you, I am happy to offer Walk and Talk
Therapy. Appointments can be arranged where you are most comfortable, including going for walks, or
sitting at your favorite park or beach.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing hockey, and working in my yard. I
earned my Masters of Counselling from Gonzaga University, and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor
(RCC) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
