To question you with curiosity and care so you feel understood. To hold space for you compassionately, so you feel seen and appreciated for who you are and for the person you want to be.
What I believe: We can live our best meaningful life mindfully, by experiencing inner peace, joyful contentment and purpose each day. I believe in building better habits, communicating with clarity, placing healthy boundaries for a
more successful and happy life.
Who I am: A well rounded holistic coach and practitioner, shining the light on your path ahead to a more meaningful, authentic, and abundant life. I live what I teach daily, through the practice of mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, weight training, nature walks, clean eating, and rituals such as journaling, and creative outlets. I love and respect my husband of 17 years, and I am proud of my family and the community I live amongst.
My story: Growing up in South of India, yoga and ayurveda was part of our daily life. I was introduced to meditation at age eleven. Since then yoga, daily meditation, writing, reading and learning, painting, pottery and cooking has been part of my life journey. Moving from diverse countries to a different continent and living amongst rich cultures has given me a well-versed background in learning, adapting and excelling through challenges and changes. I have a growth mindset and a positive outlook on life.
In 2020 as the world went through a huge shift so did my interest and passion to be of greater service. I became a trained Life Coach, and I have had the honor of coaching clients navigate from where they currently are to where they see their future selves.
Teaching meditation, trauma informed yoga, rooted in physio based, pain-care, and somatic modalities for over a decade on-line and in-person to individuals and groups has given me a deeper understanding to healing and growth.
My life is a gift that I get to unwrap and fall in love with daily, and I hope that with my guidance you too will love the life you get to envision, commit to, and enjoy living it daily.
