Navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges? You’re not alone—and help is here.
I’m Lindsay Nordlof, a Registered Clinical Counsellor passionate about providing compassionate, personalized support to adolescents, adults, and couples. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse settings across British Columbia and Alberta—from residential treatment centers to outpatient clinics and private practice.
My Approach
I believe that every person’s story and challenges are unique, and effective therapy requires an individualized approach. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel empowered and heard. Drawing from an integrated therapeutic approach, I blend Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method to tailor treatment to your needs.
Mindfulness-based interventions are also a key part of my work, helping reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing by encouraging presence and self-compassion.
