Are you struggling to balance work and school?
-
Do you often feel overwhelmed?
-
Are you confused by your relationships or going through a breakup?
I understand that navigating this stage of life can be challenging. As a dedicated and compassionate student counsellor in my 20s, I can relate to the unique struggles young adults face. I specialize in helping individuals enhance their self-esteem and develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
I recognize that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and I commend you for taking this important step towards self-care. I believe therapy is a transformative process that fosters resilience, self-awareness, and self-compassion. My aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
My experience working with neurodivergent youth has been particularly rewarding. I understand that individuals with ASD and ADHD may face unique challenges, and I work to provide tailored strategies that help them thrive. In my role as a behaviourist, I focus on building strong, trusting relationships and using evidence-based techniques to support their development.
With a background in Psychology from the University of Victoria and currently pursuing my Master's in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University, I am deeply committed to guiding others through their challenges. Born and raised in Penticton, BC, I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate hardships and discover their potential.
I look forward to being a part of your healing journey!
