Kiara Talman is a dedicated and compassionate student counsellor deeply committed to aiding individuals in realizing their fullest potential. Specializing in humanistic therapy, Kiara emphasizes enhancing self-esteem and fostering personal growth.

I recognize that seeking therapy can be a daunting and vulnerable experience, and I commend you for taking this significant step towards self-care. I maintain that therapy is a transformative process that facilitates resilience, the development of healthy coping strategies, and the cultivation of a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to effect positive changes in your life.

I am honored to support you throughout your healing journey. Born and raised in Penticton, BC, I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria, where I discovered my passion for the connection between the mind, body, and soul. In 2022, I began my Master's in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University. fanie

Kiara is being mentored by Stefanie Iverson.
