Dates/Times: Wednesday's 10am - 12pm,

Ages: 11 – 14
Cost: $150+gst for all 4 dates
Facilitator: Gabrielle Krilow - Social and Emotional Learning Teaching, Masters of Counselling intern.
What to expect: A safe, non-judgemental and warm space where participants can lose the 'mask' and start to find their true expression through Art and Nature. Using materials from nature, the group will be engaging in various art activities. Using the healing qualities of nature and art as tools to help us look inward and develop skills of self love, compassion, acceptance, play and emotional regulation.
How participants will benefit: Participants will leave with an increased self-esteem and self-compassion, having gained skills in identifying and communicating emotions, emotional regulation and coping strategies. They will learn to let go of perceived judgements in the outside world and focus on their world within, finding their authenticity and holding themselves with love.
